HighMag Genomic DNA Extraction Kit
The HighMag Genomic DNA extraction kit has been exclusively designed for semi-automated extraction of DNA by using HighGene, Zybio, Biocomma, and Tanbead instruments. The kit is magnetic bead-based and provides a high yield in less than 15 minutes.
Reagents are pre-dispensed in sealed plates cause, preventing human errors during the workflow and reducing hands-on time. In the magnetic separation of nucleic acids under optimized conditions, nucleic acid selectively binds to the surface of magnetic beads, leaving impurities in the solution. In the elution step, nucleic acid is released from the surface of magnetic beads as a purified sample.
The purified DNA is well-suited for common downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, RFLP, and sample preparation for sequencing (NGS)
