HighMag PCR Purification Kit (Manual)
The HighMag PCR Purification kit has been designed for the convenient and efficient recovery of DNA fragments from enzymatic reactions (e. g. PCR) and sequencing mixtures.
The kit is based on manual magnetic particle separation with high recovery (> 90%) from 50bp-20kb. The separation technology allows users to bind DNA fragments to the surface of magnetic particles, leaving impurities in the solution.
In the elution step, nucleic acid is released from the surface of magnetic beads as a purified sample. The purified DNA fragments are well-suited for diagnosis and common downstream applications such as cloning, sample preparation for sequencing (NGS), RFLP, PCR, and qPCR.
