HighMag Genomic DNA Extraction Kit (Manual)
The HighMag Genomic DNA extraction kit has been designed to manually extract genomic DNA from whole blood, serum, and plasma.
The kit is based on manual magnetic particle separation and provides a high yield within 20 minutes.
The separation technology allows users to bind gDNA to the surface of magnetic particles, leaving impurities in the solution. In the elution step, the nucleic acid is released from the surface of magnetic beads as a purified sample.
The purified gDNA is well-suited for diagnosis and common downstream applications such as cloning, sample preparation for sequencing (NGS), RFLP, PCR, and qPCR.
