HighPrep Genomic DNA Extraction Kit
The HighPrep Genomic DNA Extraction Kit has been designed for rapid and reliable isolation of high-quality genomic DNA From whole blood and buffy coat.
The principle relies on the spin column method allows for nucleic acid to bind specifically with the silica membrane of the column in the presence of defined salt concentration and pH conditions while other impurities such as proteins and salts are washed away through the column by two efficient wash steps.
Purified DNA is then eluted off the column using EB Buffer. It can be directly used for common downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, RFLP, cloning, and sample preparation for sequencing (NGS). The product is produced under ISO13485 quality standard to provide you with the best result.
