HighPrep PCR Purification Kit
The HighPrep PCR Purification Kit has been designed to recover DNA fragments from enzymatic reactions (e. g. PCR) and sequencing mixtures.
The process makes it possible to recover DNA fragments from 50 bp to 20 kb with 90-100% recovery. The principle relies on the spin column method allows for nucleic acid to bind specifically with the silica membrane of the column in the presence of defined salt concentration and pH conditions while other impurities are washed away through the column by two efficient wash steps.
The spin column filter has a binding capacity of up to 20μL of reaction mixtures, and
the purification procedure takes only 15 minutes. The recovered DNA can be used in common downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, RFLP, and sample preparation for sequencing (NGS).
